Year is 2377. One Hundread years has passed since the Lone Wanderer has saved the Wasteland in the DC area, now its your turn to build your own story. Roam not only the DC Wasteland Area, visit other areas, perhaps Nevada, or the Toronto area or find your own home within the harsh lands of America.

Original Characters:
-Don't be stingy on the details, this room will not accept bios that only have a couple of sentences in each spot.
-No spelling mistakes, seriously, I have seen one too many character sheets that have numerous spelling mistakes, even on easy words.
-Make it neat and nice-looking, space it out, add some bold and underlines.
-Be original, I don't want to see any characters that are eeriely similar to the characters from the game.

Appearance: Shoulder-length blonde hair, green eyes and tan skin, her figure is lithe and athletic. She wears a business suit with a labcoat over it and a pair of goggles hang around her neck.

Personality: Friendly and comforting, she has the best intentions in mind for her people. Being one of the Leaders of the Toronto area, she's experienced with politics and knows the city like the back of her hand. She's also considered a genius, building and developing the technology that are housed within the city, including the large force-field dome that covers the area, including the lake. She also works alot, which means that she's rarely seen except at the meetings and sometimes she tends to work days at a time before someone has to knock sense into her that she needs to rest.

Weakness(es): A work alcholic, she rarely tends to her needs and often works days at a time, only resting when someone has to knock sense into her.

Weapons: She efficent with the rifle and pistol, her favourite being the plasma rifle and pistol.

History/Backstory: She descends from a family that lived in one of the Vaults that were near the Toronto area, they had left the vault, along with 4 other families, around 2199 and settled in the Toronto Area, which is now called 'New Toronto', which are seperated into different districts.

Now she leads one of the Districts in New Toronto, an area where she develops more devices to make the city a better and safer place, one day she hopes that she can develop her own Purifier, which is said to be still active in the DC Area.

New Toronto

Founded somewhere in 2199-2200 by the Five Families, Young, Newman, Archer, Quinn and Watson. They were originally from one of the Vaults that were located in Canada before they decided to leave, they took some technology from the Vault with them, along with various genetic samples of animals, using the information that were stored in the Vaults to make a settlement deep within the Toronto Area.

Hiring some Brotherhood of Steel to clear out any Super Mutants, Feral Ghouls and other creatures that could pose a threat to the newly formed settlement, they started on building on what is New Toronto centuries later.

It is seperated into Five Districts, each named after the Five Families and each specializes in certain aspects.

Young is the Technological District, it houses research buildings, small factories and its led by "Sage", though no one knows who she/he is, as they rarely see her/him. Its in the center of New Toronto and has one of the tallest buildings in the area, where it is said that "Sage" lives and works, the building is also where the Leaders of the Five Families meet to discuss on what to do next.

Newman District is the Farming district, where they grow various foods and harvest them, they also breed cows for milk and meat, using the leather to make products, they also have horses, chickens, pigs and various farm animals, using the genetic samples that were stored in the Vault. Here the land is green and protected from radiation, allowing the citizens to have healthy, unradiated food and beverages. This district is led by "Hunter".

Archer District is the Market District, where various stands and shops are located, it is one of the busiests districts in the Area, aside from the Quinn District, Inns are also located within the district, allowing travelers to have a safe place to stay and rest. This district is led by "Provider".

Quinn District is the entertainment district, where various events happen, it also where the Arena is located, its one of the most popular and possibly brutal attractions in the City, here they put creatures that were caught out in the wild, against other creatures, bets are placed and whatnot. This district is led by "Dice".

Lastly, we have the Watson District, its where most of the homes are located and one of the biggest districts by far, there are some housing located in the other districts but they're only reserved for those who work there. This district is led by "Architect".

You can access each district via Railway or by walking, there are walls built to seperate each district and are guarded by the District Guards, which they also patrol the city to keep the peace. The city and the lake are protected by large walls, which are atleast 10 stories in height, at each point are energy-generators, which generate a force-field around the city and lake to provide extra security and helps keep the radiation out. In order to access the city, you have to enter the Main Gate, which is to the north of the city, there you are sterilize and cleared of any radiation before allowed access. The city is also fortified with several defense mechanism, should an attack on the city happen.
